Refund policy

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of their order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
To initiate a return, customers are required to contact Konnita in advance using the contact details provided below. The request must include the order number, proof of purchase, and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions, including the return address, will be provided.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Konnita will assume responsibility for the return shipping fees and provide appropriate instructions.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Konnita reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, including items that are used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing original packaging.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if items show signs of use or are returned in a condition different from that in which they were sent. Konnita reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund amount based on the condition of the returned item.
